1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site operated independently of government. We neither store official records nor retrieve them, conduct official checks, or submit documents on a visitor's behalf.

Its role is to identify the Lee County Sheriff, District and Circuit courts, Kentucky State Police repository, and Kentucky Sex Offender Registry, along with outside tools that may assist lawful research. Public-agency access is controlled by the Kentucky Open Records Act, KRS 61.870 through 61.884. KRS Chapter 17, including KRS 17.150, separately governs dissemination of certain criminal-history and investigative records.

2. Rules for Using This Site

As a condition of use, you must not:

• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means against the pages
• Use site information to threaten, stalk, or harass a person
• Interfere with site performance or another visitor's access
• Use content for hiring, housing, credit, or insurance decisions
• Attempt unauthorized access to any system or account
• Violate local, Kentucky, or federal law through your use of the site

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

You may not use information from these pages or a linked service to intimidate, stalk, harass, threaten, or discriminate against anyone, and such conduct may violate the law. This restriction is especially important for Kentucky Sex Offender Registry data. Kentucky law limits misuse, and the registry exists for public safety awareness rather than vigilantism, employment blacklisting, or housing discrimination.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not create consumer reports, credit reports, or background checks. Our advertising partners likewise do not offer site services designed to assess job applicants, rental applicants, insurance rates, or creditworthiness. You agree not to use site or linked-tool data to:

• Set an insurance premium or assess creditworthiness
• Make an employment decision
• Screen an applicant for housing
• Decide eligibility for a license, permit, or government benefit
• Carry out any other FCRA-regulated purpose

Any check for a regulated purpose must come from an appropriate FCRA-compliant provider or the official Kentucky State Police channel when that channel is authorized and suitable.

5. No Legal Advice

Site content is general information, not legal advice. It cannot determine how a Lee County charge, warrant, conviction, or expungement law affects a particular person. Seek advice from a lawyer licensed in Kentucky.

6. No Warranties

All content and functions are offered "as is." We make no promise that:

• A partner search result will be complete or correct
• The pages contain no error, defect, or security weakness
• Information is always accurate, current, and complete
• The website will remain continuously available

Charges may be filed, changed, dismissed, or expunged, so criminal-record information can change quickly. Gaps are unavoidable. No statement here is an official declaration by the Lee County Sheriff, a court, or another government agency.

Links lead to government offices, court systems, legal-aid organizations, and outside search providers. Following one takes you to a service we do not control. We are not responsible for its content, availability, fees, or data practices, and you should read its terms before use.

8. Intellectual Property

Lee County Criminal History or its content partners own the site's text, graphics, code, and logos. Written permission is required before copying, adapting, distributing, or creating derivative material from that content.

9. Limits on Our Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from site use, including reliance on information obtained here or through a linked service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, demands, or proceedings caused by your use of the site or breach of these terms, including related costs and legal fees.

11. Governing Law

Kentucky law governs these terms. A dispute related to use of the site must be brought in a court located in Kentucky.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. A revised version becomes effective when posted on this page.

14. Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, all other provisions remain effective. The affected language will be adjusted only to the extent needed for enforcement.
